Todd prides himself on excellent customer service and enjoys educating his clients on how to strategically position their real estate investment to benefit their future. Todd has a passion for law and graduated from the University of San Diego Law School. Todd continued on after passing the Bar exam and obtained his Masters in Tax Law from the University of San Diego. This expert knowledge gives our clients an advantage over the competition. Todd resides in Point Loma with his wife Lori and two children Sirena and Coral.
Jennifer Ash has over 16 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator. Jennifer currently oversees all transaction coordination for The Mora Team to ensure every transaction is successfully closed on time and without any setbacks. Owner of Miss Organized Professional Organizing Services, Tracy has over 30 years of experience organizing homes, offices, garages and storage units. Using interior re-design, feng shui and her exclusive clutter clearing methods, Tracy transforms spaces into ones that feel good, functional well and promote better living. Tracy is a published author of the book, “If Clutter Could Talk….The Stories It Would Tell and has been featured in the media locally and nationally including her appearance as a guest expert on the show Face the Truth. Whether moving in or out, staging your home or wanting to restore the peace and order, Tracy can make the process easier, faster and a lot more enjoyable.
Assistant & Marketing Specialist
Grace is the head assistant and marketing specialist for The Mora Team. Her attention to detail, work ethic and positive can do attitude ensures everything is running in an extremely professional and efficient manner. Grace’s strong design skills and attention to detail yield the elegantly crafted materials The Mora Team requires. She is a multitalented person in both print production and photography. Passionate about her wok, she is valued for her ability to successfully translate ideas into great finished products, often on a tight schedule. As the marketing specialist for The Mora Tea, Grace is responsible for managing and designing all marketing and advertising materials. Grace has many years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
Kathy Hodgson’s thirty-one years in escrow have given her the experience to handle many types of transactions with many different scenarios. Her agents and their client enjoy her professional hands-on type of escrow where she returns phone calls, speaks directly to all involved in the transaction, gives updates on the progress of the file and all with a sense of humor. Customer service and anticipating the needs of her clients are her top priority.
